Hello, thanks for visiting - In order to give you the best price possible, we go out of our way to meet or beat the competition whenever we can, but first let me mention, there is a price list you can download. It is a general guideline ONLY and prices are subject to change to lower discounted rates once we have all the details of your event. (you can find it at the bottom of this page)
We offer package deals for a variety of reasons, but to demonstrate some of the many possibilities we deal with in order to make your event successful, here are a few things we’ve experienced:
You need a 4 hour event - regular prices and package deals.. You are involved with a church group or related charity that we are in a position to offer low rates for.. You have selected several items that require more than the average number of staff (based on the item).. You are doing the very basic backyard birthday for less than 4 hours, and will have less wear and tear on the rentals, so you save money. You need only 2 hours of runtime, but specific loading in/out conditions/ requirements keep us longer.. You believe there is sufficient electric at your location, but we help you avoid making mistakes by going over the details, and it turns out you need more power.. You’ve chosen a challenging location with no electric, and we provide the generators.. You need more than 4 hours, and possibly late night or overnight stay is required.. Your location is either within our normal driving radius, or you are medium or long distance.. You have small doorways, elevators, stairways, preventing larger deliveries.. You would like a combination of multiple inflatables one day, saving money using larger truckload.. You have selected a combination of events, from our warehouse, and other distributors for one truckload, saving you money, and time, and we absorb the extra trip into our plans.. You selected a combination of artists or events that are impossible to deliver in one truckload, so we add more cars, trucks or a trailer and route all the logistics down the proper highways to make sure everything works out.. Some deliveries require multiple extra personnel vehicles to follow the truckload (based on size of package) Any of the above situations combined, over a two or more day event!
I hope this helps you to understand how much is involved in operating some of these amazing shows, but there’s more! ( I wont go ingot all of it now, but it is a small miracle with rising insurance, fuel, hotel, meal costs that we only increased our rates since early 80’s one time!)
It can be a crazy business, but we try to make it a headache free operation for you, by providing the loaded truck and crew onsite, on time, and ready to do all the work. Just point us in the right direction and spend more time enjoying your time with your guests!
If you know of another school or other organization that may want to do an event one day before or after your event with the same items, both of you can get a discounted package rate. This is called “routing”. Make a few calls if your school afterprom falls near another schools date for instance, and find out if you can save money!
One of the features we offer is the ability to provide a truck loaded with a combination of events we have put together for you, by combining equipment stocked in our warehouse with other equipment we obtain from other vendors which saves you time and trouble going to multiple locations for a variety of attractions!
